The Role:
This program of IT project work has opened up a wonderful opportunity for a versatile IT Portfolio Analyst to be in at the ground floor to help facilitate the successful delivery of these vital programs.
Reporting to The Project Excellence Manager your role is varied and includes but not limited to key areas of Portfolio Analysis.
Manage the preparation and delivery of governance, risk reports and accurate IT Project status reports to management and committees.
Administer the Project Management Software system, providing support to users, designing reports, generating reports, security and training new users.
Facilitate and promote the ongoing refinement and compliance to the PPM framework.
About You and this opportunity:
To be successful in this role we anticipate you will be tertiary qualified in Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce or related field and hold a Prince2, PMP or CAPM certification.
You will have a solid and proven track record in successfully analysing, planning and organising a large program of work within a health care setting or large mature industry for e.g. Telco, Insurance, Power, Rail.
Possess a high-level understanding of building relationships with executive level stakeholders and strong verbal and written communication is crucial to the role.
