This role will suit a candidate with strong technical aptitude and good business acumen who enjoys problem solving and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

    About the Role

    This is a full-time role that would suit a technically capable individual with at least 1 year experience with excellent customer service skills. 

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the delivery of our bespoke solutions for our clients
    • Assist in the monitoring and management of our solutions
    • Provide training to our clients
    • Assist with internal IT support and server administration
    • Assist in creating and automating the creation of reports
    • Be involved in data analysis of internal and customer data
    • Assist the development team with application testing
    • Maintain documentation

    Previous experience

    1. At least 1 year work experience in an office environment.
    2. Experience working in a customer service related job.
    3. Enjoy computers, learning new software, and experimenting with new software. 

    Personal Attributes

    1. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
    2. Have an aptitude for learning and applying new technologies to business problems
    3. A passion for continuous improvement both individually and for the company
    4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
    5.  Exceptional time management and project management skills
    6. A good team player including the ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment

    Technical Skills

    1. Experience with a programming or scripting language
    2. Experience with tools such as Excel / Power BI
    3. Experience with VBA
    4. Basic understanding of networking
    5. Basic understanding of relational databases
