Due to ever growing growth my client is looking for an experienced QA Test Analyst to join their team and support their ever-growing transformation. The QA test Analyst will take sole reasonability for this process and will play a virtual role in the improvements and growth of the business.
Although this company are a Fintech/Insurance company, experience across these industries is not essential however proven QA Test Analyst experience is. The company are at a stage where automation testing has been used for around 2 years, but they are looking to improve and expand on the capabilities it has to offer across their business. You must have a proactive approach and constantly be thinking one step ahead.
As the platform owner for testing, you will maintain and grow the structure, currently some processes are still being done using manual testing, however the vison is to move this all towards being automated, therefore you will need to have excellent hands on experience with automation tools such as; Selenium and Cucumber. Although there are BAs in place you will also be required to gather requirements from stakeholders
Skill set / Experience Needed
- 4+ Years’ experience in a similar QA Test Analyst position
- Automation tools experience such as; Selenium and Cucumber
- Insurance industry experience is beneficial
- Excellent BA skills in terms of requirement gathering etc
- Experience across web services testing is also highly beenefical
- Full understanding of the full SDLC and how each stage is managed
- Java development experience is also beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in a Agile environment is also essential
- User testing - multiple browser testing - testing public websites
