• Senior Business Analyst required to join one of the major Government Department
• 3 months contract - Central Location
• Be part of a Business Transition Project

The client is one of the major government educational organisation undergoing sites relocation and transition. Senior Business Analyst is required for a Short-Term assignment - 3 months to assist them with planning across the Process Flows, IT plans and business transition.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing systems, applications and functions to plan and monitor the procurement and relocation of IT equipment
• Liaise with stakeholders to develop and manage business transition plans
• Document as-is and to-be business process
• Develop project plans including process flows, IT plans, business transition plans
• Advise solutions to technical issues
• Gather information on business assets and work collaboratively with the business to manage the disposal and relocation of assets - this includes auctions

About You:

• Previous experience in similar project is desired
• Experience dealing with different stakeholders and different business units
• Experienced in identifying and managing risks and risk mitigation in project environments
• Knowledge and experience of procurement process
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and technical individuals at all levels
