Your New Company
A large Darwin based public sector organisation are seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to assist with the implementation of a new system.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for working with the Senior BA and HR team in the delivery of HR business systems and analytics. In consultation with the team you will develop, review, update, implement and progress system related procedures and any updates or changes. Training of staff on the new system will also be part of this role.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Prior experience in a BA or Systems Analyst role
- Extensive experience implementing HR systems
- Experience in development, enhancement, maintenance and administration of Oracle based information systems
- High level of HR Analytical skills
