1.    Job Description OR 6 Key Responsibilities and 6 Key Selection criteria for the role.
   •         Ability to develop Java  software. At least 4 years’ development experience in Java is required. An in-depth understanding of high performance multithreaded code is essential for the role.
   •         Experience using Apache Camel or Spring frameworks or Web services – Soap / REST. Experience with Gemfire or HCP would be highly regarded.
   •         Excellent communication and written skills.
   •         Exceptional attention to detail and strong focus on quality.
   •         Willingness to pick up new technologies. 
   •         Experience in the financial industry / markets would be highly regarded. Alternatively experience in working with various big data tools.
