My client is a global, award winning Robotics Process Automation and Digital Transformation technology vendor that is expanding rapidly across APAC. As a result of continued growth they are looking for someone to join and head up their rapidly growing pre sales team in Sydney.

Key responsibilities - Pre Sales Manager

• Manage and mentor team as well as working on pre sales activities.
• Directing and supervising the team of Pre Sales Consultants, balancing the resources, skill sets and workload of the team and acting as the point of escalation
• Participate in customer onsite proofs-of-concept in support of team
• Work with the team to create quarterly and yearly business plans
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of all products
• Responding to technical questions in RFP's where required
• Providing feedback to Product Development regarding new features and product improvements 
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation / post-sales

Key Experience Required:

• Experience of working for a software vendor, ideally across solutions such as Information Capture, Robotic Process Automation, Mobile capture, Digital Transformation 
• 6-8 years+ Pre sales experience, with 2-3 years+ management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to present to customers, at events and within the partner community
• Strong project management / time management skills
• General understanding of architecture and how various technologies interact with each other. Experience of the following: J2EE, XML, IIS, .NET, OCR, ICR, Web Services
