This is an exciting opportunity to join Aristocrat, working for HRG studios in Brookvale. HRG are responsible for some of the most globally successful products in the industry. HRG have a wealth of experience in gaming, we are highly passionate about what we do and are looking for enthusiastic Test Manager to join the team.

What you'll do

• Provide accurate estimates for future scoping and planning for budgeting purposes.
• Review Business Requirements, Functional, Technical Specifications and other relevant documentation.
• Identify environment requirements for testing and ensure testing is carried out on fully configured platforms.
• Develop quality Test Plans, Test Specifications, Test Reports and Release Documentations.
• Lead Test Execution from Test Specifications while ensuring Test Cases are up to date.
• Communicate any defects to the Development team while maintaining good communications and rapport.
• Provide support/follow up for internal and external issues.
• Work in the guidelines of test schedules and project plans.
• Record accurate times to project tasks.
• Provide technical knowledge during project meetings.
• Provide input into test plans.
• Coordinate the test scheduling in line with project plans.
• Provide input to bug triage process.
• Review team development and performance.
• Support release management.
• Contact point for support issues.
• Coordinate performance and remuneration reviews.
• A direct reporting role for a defined team structure.
• Responsible for channeling information down to team.
• Project lead medium to large teams.
• Test guidance across multiple projects.
• Provide project estimates during scoping and analysis tasks.
• Ensure teams meet project deadlines.
• Mentor other team members to ensure good test practice.
• Provide project or test progress status to your direct report.
• Highlight project risks, process and technology improvement initiatives.

• Understanding of Linux environments.
• Liaise with Program Management to provide status and estimates.
• Team player who is willing to learn in a changing environment.
• Performance orientated and demonstrated ability to work to deadlines.
• Provide the Test team with direction and delegation of test tasks.
• Ensure all agreed customer requirements and expectations are met.
• Ensure testing is of the highest standard.
• Manage and follow test process and procedures set out prior to testing.
• Find critical defects thus reducing the level of risk and commercial liability to the company.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met for a given jurisdiction.
• Ensure all required test documentation are produced.
• Maintain and promote high standards and good practice within the test team.
