Systems Trainer is a newly created role within OneIT Australia (previously known as BSS). We are seeking two people, one based in Brisbane and the other in Melbourne, to provide support to our employees to utilise our IT technology and service platforms. This support will come by way of the development and delivery of support materials and training.
The Systems Trainers will work with the IT Training Coordinator and other members of OneIT in Australia, as well as with relevant operational personnel.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing training resources that are simple and widely accepted in the business
- Co-ordinate and plan IT related training programs
- Delivering practical training as efficiently as possible without compromising quality
- Collaborating with IT project teams to ensure training is planned as part of the project deliverables
Experience and Qualifications required for the role:
- Understanding of Hanson’s businesses and its IT network
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- SAP “super user”
- Digital hardware knowledge
- Be a technology advocate
- Minimum 5 years IT experience
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment while advantageous, is not essential
