About us

At VTH we believe data is new oil – we have a passion for helping our customers move their own business forward with a solid data foundation, we specialize in setting up traditional brick and mortar stores in the online world. We support our customer through their digital transformation from getting an online store set up, to assisting with sales strategies through to in-store digital kiosks.

The role

This newly created role is fast paced and you’ll be working directly with our customers as well as development. You’ll have excellent spoken English and understanding, being able to take customer feedback, identify areas of improvement and work on solutions that may be process or system based. You need to see the big picture and have a natural ability for continuous improvement, never settling for an average solution.

You’ll need to have practical experience in the eCommerce sector with knowledge in the big names such as Shopify, Bigcommerce, and Woocommerce.

Please provide examples of recent websites you have worked on in your application. 

About you

You’ll need to be a whizz in:

• HTML5, CSS, Javascript
• MS Excel
• Balancing high quality coding within tight time frames

Coupled with practical experience in the eCommerce sector you’ll be able to provide an end to end solution.

It’s an added bonus if you are know:

• MS Azure
• C#
• Databases
• SEO or digital marketing principles
