Primary Accountability:
The Senior Test Analyst is responsible of understanding NEC business domains and creating relevant test artefacts. The individual is responsible for designing, developing, and executing quality assurance and control processes, test strategies, test plans and test cases that verify a software conformance to defined acceptance criteria (i.e. system behaviours) and feature design documents, as well as application standards.
What are we looking for?
- CRM testing experience
- Advanced SQL query skills to do database level testing
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ability play the module lead role where the candidate has to coordinate work between onshore and offshore team members to get the module testing done on time
Skills and qualifications required
- Experience in testing methodologies and end to end testing artefacts
- Create clear, concise detail oriented test cases.
- Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
- Liaison with development, project management, and customer support.
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
- Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, scripts and automated scripts
