We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join our marketing team on a 12-month contract to improve our website and other digital channels. You’ll be responsible for developing the technical and aesthetic direction of our front-end interfaces to maximise audience engagement and deliver the best possible customer experience.

You will assist with the end-to-end support of production & development of ASG’s website and other digital channels. You will also provide input into the direction of ASG’s digital platforms including frameworks, technologies & languages.

THE ROLE

• New development and enhancements on existing and new websites
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements
• Support our production instances including developing new templates using Sitefinity
• Give input into the direction of the platform including frameworks, technologies & languages
• Design user interface and web layout using HTML/CSS practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Significant web application development experience
• Tertiary qualified in IT or a similar business discipline
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
• Awareness of best practice (optimising design for multiple platforms)
• Strong understanding of adaptive and responsive web design solutions
• Hands-on experience with various programming languages, .NET MVC, HTML5, Javascript, SEO
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
