We're looking for a Project Manager interested in technology and digital transformation to work with our clients in the power, water and mining industries to establish our digital engineering solutions into their business.

Responsibilities

• Work with our clients in a consultative manner to collect data, map and analyse existing asset management, engineering services and workforce mobility processes and systems
• Scope, plan, price and deliver digital transformation projects that include the use of our solutions
• Identify and make recommendations to our clients on business improvement and innovation opportunities
• Consult, develop strategies and manage change with our client stakeholders and their organisations
• Design and deliver projects on scope, time and budget while ensuring our clients and their users are happy
• Be the primary point of contact during the consulting and project phases
• Manage all variation requests, risks and issues during the consulting and project phases
• Provide mentorship and coaching to the RedEye Projects team

About You

• Experience in the selection and implementation of an asset management, content management or ERP system 
• Engineering drawing management experience
• Exposure to transformational projects which has provided you with strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience
• Confident facilitating workshops and presenting scoping study findings to stakeholders
• Have an inclusive and friendly operating style that builds rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• You will be a self-starter who is exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable travelling and meeting clients on site
• You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities, have an awesome attitude and be focused on delivering world-class solutions for our clients
