Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead (.NET, C#)

Solentive is an Australian owned custom software development company. All our thinking and development happens from our Darlinghurst office in Sydney. Our clients are some of the most forward-thinking organisations in Australia.

Presently, we are growing our team and have new & diverse projects that we would like our potential new hire to take on, with fantastic support from our Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer, and would suit a person who enjoys working with a social team, yet has the ability to work autonomously, with a passion for new technologies. We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and commence their role as a Senior Engineer with a view to moving into a Technical Lead position.   About you:

  If you are quality focused, driven and have strong attention to detail with previous software development experience – we want to hear from you.

  To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• 5+ years of commercial .NET development experience
• Experience delivering projects on time and to budget
• Strong SQL database skills
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies 
• Experience or knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development and Test Driven Development

  Experience in the following areas are highly desirable (but not essential):

• Scrum certification
• Microsoft Azure 
• Web development with ASP.NET and C#
• Domain Driven Design
• AngularJS
• CQRS
