Our client is a well-known Australian organisation that is seeking a Business Analyst with around 5+ years experience to join and help drive and support this growing company.
The Digital side of this business is launching into a new financial year with a substantial investment in Digital Channels. You will identify and prioritise business needs and then move these through the Agile process.
The aim is to create re-usable service for the digital channels by continually improving the architecture and define and deliver high priority changes quickly and effectively.
The successful candidate will have the following background:
- 5+ years BA experience – CBAP or BABOK is an advantage
- Experience with Agile teams that are self organised – CSM, PSM or similar is an advantage
- Excellent exposure to working with Architects, Development Leads and Product Owners
- Understanding of fundamental quality design standards
- Experience in Scrum including participating in and facilitating ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-up, sprint review, retrospective, etc)
- Experience driving business value
- Experience collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to manage dependencies and support feature delivery
- Experience in data (big data, business intelligence, predicative analytics, etc.) and Digital (web, mobile, app, email/SMS, call centre, etc.).
- Technical background, with experience with defining services is preferred
- Experience in Digital
Responsibilities:
- Support the identification, prioritisation, elaboration and delivery of high-value features/services
- Suggest and implement improvements to our client’s delivery processes
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across the business, manage expectations and communications
- Work with immediate and extended team (including external vendors and agencies) to deliver high-quality features that meet business needs
