Bupa is changing its future landscape with the establishment and delivery of automation across Bupa ANZ. The Senior RPA Consultant/ Senior Consultant will be accountable for scoping, delivering and maintaining Process Automation solutions to improve efficiency, quality and service, which will enable the organisation to remain relevant in an increasingly competitive, tech-focused and ever-changing commercial landscape.
As a member of the Automation Centre of Practice (CoP) you will responsible for role modelling our ways of working, implementing complementary processes, and providing leadership to the group.
Your background
You will be a Professional Blue Prism/ UI Path Developer seeking an exciting greenfield opportunity to build an Automation Practice that will shape the Bupa of tomorrow. You have a broad knowledge and hands on experience with different Process Automation technologies, including a practical experience of Agile Project Delivery methods.
Hands on experience in Blue Prism or UI Path software is a must.
You will be/have:-
- Blue Prism and/ or UI Path Certifications
- Significant experience in diagnostic and process analysis, and applying business improvement techniques such as re-engineering and automation.
- Solid experieince working in an IT Project Delivery cycle including requirements gathering, design, build, test and deployent activities.
- Significant experience working with external consultancies and software vendors to deliver multiple agile sprints in an enterprise environment.
- An ability to work closely with other team members to manage priorities.
- A demonstrated ability to work within a matrix team structure and successfully deliver outcomes.
