The Role
The Security and Compliance Operations Manager will be responsible for the execution of IT security routines and leads implementation of IT & business process controls relating to Zone Service & operations activities.
Responsible for ensuring the operational elements of internal security policies, procedures and processes are implemented, correctly & timely executed, and sustainably maintained in line with the global Information Security Strategy, Security Operations Centre (SOC) processes, Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, minimising risk to business from breaches of IT security.

Who you are
The ideal candidate for this role will:
Basic Qualifications:
- BSC or equivalent Information Technology degree
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Experience Required:
- Technology security experience in medium to large organisation with a complex infrastructure and applications landscape
- Previous experience with IT and/or business control implementation
- Good communication skills and ability to influence
- Strong technical skills and a foundation understanding of security technologies
