We are currently looking for a driven and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our team and to help us drive innovative property solutions. As the Product Manager you’ll have the reigns to lead the strategy and development of your products including having P&L accountability.

  The role?
   
• Be the CEO for your Product. Own the vision, the commercial outcomes and customer experience from go to whoa.
• Be your product’s biggest advocate. Communicate to all relevant stakeholders the long term product vision and how this delivers customer value and correlates to the strategic plan.
• Manage the P&L including financial forecasts.
• Secure market intelligence on competitors, customers and general industry trends to drive product roadmap priorities
• Develop business cases and secure funding for new products and features
• Build and launch new products and features ensuring they are “market ready” at time of launch, including having complete documentation, legal, product collateral and ongoing operational and support processes in place
• Develop and maintain pricing for each product and related discount policies
• Build relationships with strategic customers and participate in presales activities in conjunction with the Analytics, Solutions and Sales teams
• Work with Infrastructure, Training and Customer Care teams to ensure efficient product adoption, support services and incident management
   
  What do you need to a have?
   
• 5 years Product Management with large-scale web-based SAAS products (ideally in B2B).
• Strong understanding of human centred design principles including experience in UI/UX design.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies including customer interviews, hypothesis-driven planning, measurement and evidence-led product design.
• Experience working in a data-driven environment, ideally with both qualitative and quantitative research experience. Strong technical and data-analysis skills.
• Strong business foundations – assess your market, build pricing strategy and manage your P&L.
• Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an agile development methodology
• Must be resourceful, self-directed and motivated
• Experience in Banking desirable
