The Business Partner carries primary responsibility for coordinating the delivery of Information and Digital Services (IDS) into key enterprise clients. The Business Partner facilitates good client outcomes by acting as the bridge conduit between the client, IDS operational delivery teams and other strategic areas of the University. The role is broad in nature encompassing: relationship management through facilitating strategic initiatives which could have University-wide impacts, stakeholder management, consulting on IT requirements, customer advocacy, project sign off, overseeing service delivery and co-ordinating service restoration through effective communication with their clients.
The Business Partner represents IDS strategic mission and ultimately the University’s strategy by promoting IDS’ vision, value, services and capabilities. They act as advocates on behalf of business stakeholders to ensure IT services meet the needs of Customers who in turn deliver teaching, learning, research and the student experience in setting business priorities and needs. They act with a process improvement mindset.

- Salary (HE08): $93,137 to $103,330 pa
