The role

Due to continued growth, our Global Technical Applications team has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join their team.  With this role, there is considerable flexibility in regards to the capital city location of this role, which could be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with consideration given to other capital city locations.

The primary focus of the role is to assist in the management of a portfolio of projects being delivered across the enterprise in support of our engineering and technical delivery systems.  You will provide support to the Program through global delivery of program and project management services in support of software managers and software minders with a key focus on:

• Assisting software managers with the development of rolling 18 month product roadmaps for the development and use of their product within GHD to achieve consistent global use and improved adoption
• Supporting Software Managers in the execution of technical projects within their product roadmap
• Supporting Software Managers and Service Line (discipline) Leaders in curating communities of practice and assisting in adoption of appropriate workflows  
• Assisting in the management and production of consumption reporting and insights for the enterprise to support the adoption of new product and business transformation
• Coordination of customer success and consulting programs with technical application partners and vendors.

Skills/Experience

• Good understanding of technical applications used within Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Environmental professional services companies (highly desirable) 
• Well developed communication skills, incorporating strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills
• Well developed Program/Project management skills
• Strong technical writing skills with a good attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects with numerous deadlines
• A collaborative approach and team player
• Understand and adhere to GHD's Values, Codes of Conduct and Policies
