This company are a global business that have offices throughout the world and are a leading provider of products and services specifically aligned to the healthcare industry. With decades of experience and success in the Australian market the business are extremely stable and looking for a strong experienced IT support executive to work initially on a contract basis for the business.
The position is a Level 1 / 2 infrastructure support role focussing on supporting 300+ internal users of the business. The role is a mix of interesting IT project work and normal BAU activity
Requirements:
Strong customer service focus
Windows 10 and server 2016 preferred
Experience with Lotus Notes
Understanding of Office 365
Experience supporting the Microsoft product family
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and strong reliability
Excellent role working with a leading company, initial contract position with the view of going permanent in a short space of time.
