CSG Talent have partnered with a global retailer with a presence in over 100 countries and with the largest market share within their sector to recruit a CRM Analyst.

Requirements:
To have the ability to work closely with a cross functional team is vital for this role. As an analyst, this role requires a good level of analytical skills and attention to detail that can be used to support reporting, campaign setup.

Accountability & Key Performance Indicators
  
1. Campaign Analysis (40%)
 Quarterly campaigns
Supporting analysis for new welcome program
Adhoc campaign analysis requests (eg Medibank)
 
2. Reporting (40%)
 Weekly value report
Campaign response report
Monthly campaign analysis
Recall opt out analysis 

3. Campaign Segmentation and QA (20%)
Building campaigns / campaign segmentation
Campaign QA
Fixing failed campaigns
  
Years of experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within analytics field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in analytics related to CRM and Customer Insights

Knowledge & Skills required:

• Proven analytical skills
• Experience in reading and writing complex SQL statements.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
• Microsoft package skills (Strong in Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of CRM analytical tools
