Your new company
You will be working for a top tier firm and be based at their state of the art Head Office in Sydney CBD. They are currently seeking an outgoing customer focused IT Desktop Support Analyst to provide both face to face and remote technical support to the members of the organisation.
Your new role
You will have 2+ years’ experience in a IT Helpdesk Support role.
You will have experience with:
- Windows 7 & 10 and Windows Server
- Exchange
- Printer troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- Ipad, laptop and mobile device knowledge
- VPN access, WiFi setup
- Knowledge of AV equipment
What you'll need to succeed
