This role will see you support the service operations of our clients Financial Services

Please note this is in a 24/7 rostered environment

A day in the life of your new job - you will assist in the:

• Service delivery using ITIL Life Cycle for Incident, Problem and Change management
• Service delivery of on-line and digital assets with DevOps
• Continuous improvement of the assets
• Asset Life cycle management of the Financial Services assets.
• Service Transition and Operations
• Service Delivery of Critical systems to meet business and third-party SLAs.
• Team management including capability development and knowledge management.
• Service assurance of the Financial service assets

Your background, skills and experience:

• DevOps /Agile exposure or understanding is a bonus
• Strong Vendor Management experience
• Risk assessment, planning & mitigation.
• Service Operations in a complex and critical systems in a large organisation
• Strong technical proficiency in applications and infrastructure
• Highly developed stakeholder communication skills
• Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced Knowledge of ITIL processes.
