About you

Spinify is a software business in the Employee Engagement, Motivation and Coaching space. We would like to hear from high performers with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the desire to exceed client expectations. You will bring with you:

  • Customer account set up, training the customer on the use of the product and complete all associated documentation to ensure device readiness. 
  • Making Pre-Sales qualifying calls
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in service desk environments where documenting, monitoring, and resolving issues in a timely manner are important. At least 1 year experience in providing technical or IT support
  • Documenting articles for our support platform
  • Updating customer database
  • Problem solving skills required to analyze complex situations and use various commercial / open source tools to quickly resolve technical challenges
  • A quick learner and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Previous experiences in using Intercom or other live chat app

What we need

You will be the face of the business while supporting clients on their journey to integrate technology into what they do. You will champion client excellence through providing technical support that meets and exceeds agreed timeframes and service levels.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and the management of systems and devices
  • Provide guidance to the client on utilizing available digital tools and IT systems
  • Use initiative to anticipate potential issues, make suggestions and share ideas
  • Ensure client accounts are operating at optimum level with minimal or no downtime
  • Onboard and document new customers, ability to present the demo to customers
