The role

We are looking for an engaging HRIS Project Manager to innovate and deliver an awesome employee system experience.  You’ll be responsible for reviewing, designing and delivering efficient and impactful HRIS programs.

You will be responsible for HRIS strategy definition, implementation and management, HR policy and process development, improvement and monitoring, HR Risk & Regulatory Compliance management and OHS policy and practices implementation.

Experience

• Strong experience in managing end to end HRIS applications and implementations
• Worked on multiple cloud based HRIS tools and applications 
• Knowledge in HR compliance and risk management
• Identify stakeholders, conduct stakeholder impact analysis, assess change readiness, and create a project plan to ensure alignment with the agreed strategy.
• Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required
