About the business
The Australian Olympic Committee is a non-government, not-for-profit organisation, committed to the development of youth and sport. It is our responsibility to select, send and fund Australian Teams to the Olympic Games.

About the role
We currently have the opportunity for an experienced Salesforce developer to provide technical support and development capability. This role is key to the success of our programs and helping us use technology to better understand and communicate with our key stakeholders.
As a key member of the IT team you will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with key stakeholders in order to interpret business requirements and specifications and provide training and technical support
- Managing vendor relationships and overseeing / implementing integrations with several SAAS platforms: IBM Watson, Docusign, Xero
- Designing solutions to meet the specifications
- Migration of historical data from our legacy CRM to Salesforce
- Configuration and customisation of the Salesforce platform to meet client requirements
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will be an experienced developer who has an excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform and related technologies.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A strong understanding of Salesforce core technologies, including:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Lightning, VisualForce and Apex development
- Flows and Process Builder
- Reports & Dashboards
- Triggers
- Demonstrated strong ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal, in order to interpret specifications and develop solutions.
- Strong development experience
- Demonstrated Strong Salesforce development experience
- Experience working with web services and API's
- Logical and analytical with the ability to learn new systems quickly
