We are a leading Software Development consultancy based in Perth who work with tier 1 clients across multiple industries.
Due to upcoming project work and continued growth we are looking for an experienced IT Project support officer / Coordinator to join our team.
In this project role you will work alongside a medium sized IT Project team reporting directly to the Technical Director. You will help support multiple software development projects.
Duties will cover:
- General project Admin
- Project tracking
- Basic project reporting
- Contractor on-boarding
- Project invoicing
- Status reporting
Your prior background must consist of experience in a Project Support role ideally within an ICT or Software Development environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 5 years+ Project Support experience
- Previous experience managing a basic project Schedule / Project tracker
- Ability to support Project documentation, tools and procedures.
- Experience working in the ICT space
- Demonstrated strong problem solving abilities.
- Advance Admin skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Any previous experience using MS Project and JIRA highly desirable
