Varidan IT Managed Services is a fast growing company, with a solid reputation amongst its clients. Varidan is looking for a support analyst to assist them with Level 1/2 support for a 12 month period. This role will be involved in Help Desk Support, onsite support, ticket logging, escalation and other daily tasks across 500 users.

We are looking for candidates with: 

  • 2 years minimum experience providing level 1 support
  • Good Networking, Windows 10, Exchange, AD and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent Call Logging Skills
  • Great communication and superior Customer Service Skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail a must
