Fast growing Not- for-Profit based in Brisbane north side requires an experienced Business Analyst to assist the existing Project Manager with a new system implementation.

Responsibilities will include:

• Documenting client requirements and proposed solutions.
• Act as key interface between business and IT teams throughout solutioning and implementation technical/system development/ changes.
• Collaborate across work streams and locations to ensure consistency of approach and implementation of the correct end to end solution.
• Take ownership of operating model design and business architecture for assigned work streams.
• Document business and technical requirements using clear and concise language
• Assist with the roll-out and training of staff

Your experience:

• Previous experience as a Business analyst (HR or Payroll experience will be looked upon favorably) 
• Extensive requirement gathering experience
• Ability to problem solve and articulate actionable solutions
• Management of multiple stakeholders
• Ability to drive and take accountability for outcomes in stretched timeframe
