Our client, specialised in providing managed IT support services, web services, Apps design and testing, network designing and Internet Security services, is looking to fill a full time position for a skilled and experienced ICT Customer Support Officer to join its dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years' experience in a similar role, and/ or either a Diploma or higher qualification in the relevant field. If you are a reliable, self-motivated, highly organised person with a positive attitude then this role is for you.

In this role your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical advice and support to users of software and hardware
  • Facilitate the efficient, effective and timely delivery or restoration of information technology services
  • Answer IT related queries from customers via phone or other means
  • Provide assistance and technical support to computer & network users in relation to setting up, networking, installation & update of computer hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems of hardware or software
  • Make sure the efficient use of applications and equipment
  • Resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests within agreed timeframes.
  • Participate in the ongoing delivery and support of corporate owned hardware including laptops, tablets and smartphone fleet.
