We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible person for this exciting role.
You will be responsible for setting up and supporting box office ticketing facilities and access control infrastructure at venues and events in Sydney and regional NSW areas in addition to providing technical support at a desktop level for staff in our Sydney office.
You will provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients to ensure that expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
We are seeking someone with strong communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, a passion for customer service, great interpersonal skills and a positive and proactive attitude. You will have high level computer skills and the aptitude for further training in this area. Flexibility and availability to work outside normal office hours (including weekends) are essential, as is a current driver's licence.
