What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler who has worked on large-scale Enterprise Transformation projects previously. Any experience across enterprise applications projects or ERP transformation projects will be highly regarded. Multiple projects running simultaneously.
Role & requirements
- Work closely with a high functioning PMO team
- Previous experience as a Master Scheduler
- Experience with relevant tools such as MS Project, Clarity PPM
- Provide strong scheduling services, working with project/program managers and stakeholders
- Maintain good governance and documentation around project schedules
- Analyse, enhance and optimise existing schedules and frameworks
- Support project resources during execution, transition and go-live
- Identify and document future resource schedules and requirements
- Experience working on multiple projects and complex projects/programmes
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, PRINCE2)
