We are delighted to support our client, a well-regarded education institution in North Sydney. On their behalf we are looking to recruit a highly experienced, technically competent Business Systems Manager into their established and stable team. 

This prized role has been designed to provide critical and highly valued systems administration and development support to all stakeholders, driving high quality ICT systems and ensuring products adhere to ICT policies, frame works and architecture, and meet the strategic needs and objectives.

 Tasks include identifying opportunities for systems and business improvement, analysing stakeholder objectives, and identifying options for potential process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

This role will require you to constantly review and improve business systems to support the education and business environment with the best possible technological support. You must be confident to escalate and make recommendations on processes or practises relating to business systems management and service improvement. The role is varied and you must have a can do attitude to succeed.

We are looking to secure a strategic, customer focused ICT enthusiast who is confident and competent to be responsible for driving strategic business improvement offering highly effective business systems. Your proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis and effective project management methodologies are essential.

You will be required to actively engage with, relate to and influence multiple stakeholders on projects across ICT, ensuring business processes and requirements are clearly defined, accepted and applied, therefore strong interpersonal and influencing skills are pre-requisite.

only if you have the following experience as a minimum:-You should apply

• Degree qualified in a relevant subject and/or extensive relevant experience in requirements management, business analysis and stakeholder management
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working with a large organisation in a similar management and coordination role
• Experience working in the education sector using Synergetic or equivalent would be highly regarded
• Well-developed skills in business and process analytical tools and methods
• Substantial professional experience and knowledge of requirements management methodologies
• Knowledge of relevant best practise frameworks, including project management methodology
• Exemplary interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills
• Excellent organisational and time management ability
• Proven ability to provide complex problem solving, technical and business process advice
• Promote a culture of best practice service delivery at all times. 

You should have a positive proactive “can do” attitude and exemplary personal and professional standards.

The successful candidate must have proven initiative, a desire to research, recommend, build and implement best practice technology. Outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively either as part of a team and or independently are essential.
