IPSec is seeking an experienced telesales professional, to work with our highly experienced sales and marketing team, to help us bring IPSec’s cyber defence and privacy protection capabilities to Australian organisations.
The Role
This is an office based role, primarily providing business development support services to the sales function. This role is suited to an experienced tele-sales professional who enjoys using their business development & account management skills to introduce prospective clients to new solutions and services for difficult to solve problems.
As a member of IPSec’s business development team you will be primarily tasked with identifying new opportunities within prospective clients and assisting the team with expanding opportunities within existing clients. This will be achieved utilising your solid telesales capabilities to articulate our solution portfolio and through the follow up of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
The candidate fulfilling this role, will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with new and existing clients.
- Follow-up and qualify leads from web enquiries, marketing campaigns, and other activities.
- Pursue lead generation through call prospecting and qualification.
- Identification and qualification of opportunities to add leads to the sale pipeline using outbound call prospecting.
- Working with our sales and marketing team to identify opportunities and build lead generation campaigns (IPSec generally prospect calls on the back of EDM campaigns).
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date with IPSec’s solutions, services, and capabilities.
- Entering data into and providing reports from IPSec’s CRM.
- Maintain accurate records within IPSec’s CRM and other tools of all activities.
- Pre-event calling and post-even follow up.
Reward
Package: $92,400 per annum OTE + Superannuation
Selection Criteria
Applicants for this role should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Excellent communication skills, especially via telephone and email, with an ability to rapidly establish rapport with prospects.
- Experience in a sales capacity.
- Experience and referenceable successful track record in cold calling.
- Be process oriented and have a strong attention to detail.
- Be highly motivated, driven, and results oriented – with the ability to exceed agreed KPI’s.
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Be experienced with the use of CRM systems.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Have completed secondary schooling.
