Our Client, One of the Countries leading health providers is seeking a Director - Technology Business Services. The role provides operational leadership in the delivery of advanced technical services and platforms and will also work to successfully transform the environment ensuring the highest levels of service.
 
This position is positioned as a substantive senior leadership role and forms part of the leadership team within the Information Development Division. To be considered you will have strong organisational change management experience and will be expected to lead the group's transformation.
 
The role will be accountable for the operational, financial planning and performance of the Technology Business Services (Technology Operations) group and together with the Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for the implementation of our Clients ICT strategy.
 
Our ideal candidate will be an effective leader and be able to influence teams in meeting their goals, objectives and performing successfully. You will also have a strong Infrastructure and Operations background.
 
Your skills and experience:
 

• Extensive experience providing leadership, vision and management to a large Technology Business Services / Technology Operations group.
• Experience leading teams to Provide 24 x 7 escalation support for critical failures of essential IT system specific.
• Solid experience managing large teams (50-80 people)
• Demonstrated success in promoting a culture of innovation and best practice in the use of technologies.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with strategic partners
• Prior experience participating in the planning process, development and delivery of the ICT strategy for an organization.
• Experience compliance with relevant statutory obligations, reporting and audit requirements and that Technical
• Solid budgetary and financial responsibility
• Extensive business reporting experience
