Your new company
The company you’ll work for is one of the faster growing not-for-profit organisations in the Brisbane market. Specialising in disability services, they have undergone drastic technological change in the last 18 months, enabling the company to serve the community effectively.
Your new role
You’ll be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with the Change Management aspect of this HRIS system implementation. This will consist primarily of strategising and planning the change management implantation, taking responsibility of the Communication Management plan and creating training documentation. You’ll also run group meetings and conduct training sessions for the end-users.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Change Management Co-ordinator/Project Co-ordinator is required, and you’ll need mandatory experience in working on live system implementation projects with large volumes of users involved. Experience with the entire MS Suite, most particularly SharePoint, is required. Above all, you’ll be a passionate change management professional with excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
