The Opportunity

The Product Manager, Mobile Apps is key member of a passionate and talented team working in the mobile apps space for both Android and iOS. Working in a dedicated agile stream the role is focussed on defining, building and delivering world-class products that change the way candidates and hirers connect.

More specifically:

• Work on an exciting product roadmap focussed on enhancing the customer experience and introducing a more personalised and valuable SEEK app experience
• Play a key role in a high-profile consumer product portfolio across the Mobile platform solving real customer problems
• Develop action plans and deliver enhancements, UI changes or product development initiatives to manage the product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle
• Deliver rationale for new initiatives and product features, inclusive of strategic fit and customer value
• Deliver key metrics / outcomes and drive product evolution through development and enhancements 
• Actively manage and engage stakeholders to ensure; all relevant strategic or customer problems are evaluated and prioritised and; stakeholders understand the direction and the outcomes the apps are driving towards

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, the following skills and experience are necessary:

• Online or software product development experience, ideally in an online marketplace, where the consumer is the end user
• Mobile product development, with specific apps experience strongly preferred
• Obsessive about customers with a strong capacity to understand market and strategic drivers to set clear goals and define problems
• Proven ability to solve complex and detailed problems using an analytical and data driven approach
• Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle
• Experience in a fast-paced, start-up like environment
