About You
The Program Manager - Service Design is a key role in the Digital Leadership team at Dan Murphy’s. You are responsible for driving and implementing a customer first approach to design and build and launch of experiences that re-imagine and redefine the brand. You and your team will create experiences that find the sweet spot between business, technology and customer experience needs, taking a Customer led insights driven approach across the business.
You'll realise the customer vision through a varied role incorporating research, strategy, design, project management and execution.
In addition your responsibilities are:

Critically assess the current customer experience for all customer segments

Leverage existing research & conduct new research
-
Identify pain points and prioritise immediate opportunities
-
Create new experiences with your design thinking led approach
-
Assist the senior team to present strategies to the Executive team

Work closely with the operations team on execution
We’re looking for our next superstar with the following experience:

Previous experience in service design, CX, innovation or related field

A natural and creative problem solver

Able to inspire your new colleagues with the customer vision

Solid organisation, research and strategy skills

Workshop facilitation

Influential client/stakeholder manager

Background in digital and UX design

Great communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement
