Work with an Australian founded Cyber Security company that is expanding due to substantial uptake in their products & services. This is a great opportunity to work with multi-datacentre infrastructure that handles over one billion daily requests. Furthermore, there is a great opportunity to work with a range of leading technologies such as NoSQL, Big Data, Apache and Various Messaging Queues.
You will be part of an organisation dealing with an innovative and demanding high tech clientele, who service major tech companies worldwide. We are looking for potential and aptitude as much as for experience.
Summary
- 4+ years' experience in Systems Administration, DevOps (more Ops than Dev), support or Systems engineering (senior or junior candidates are welcome to apply)
- Good written and interpersonal communications, and an ability to explain complex issues
- Highly proficient in Linux System Administration (e.g. Fedora, CentOS and RHEL) and networking with TCP/IP
- Experience with cloud computing concepts and SaaS based large scale production environments
- Scripting experience required (e.g. Perl, Bash, Ruby, Python or similar)
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Nagios, Chef etc.)
