Your new company
The company you’ll work for is one of the faster growing not-for-profit organisations in the Brisbane market. Specialising in disability services, they have undergone drastic technological change in the last 18 months, enabling the company to serve the community effectively.

Your new role
You will play a key role in assisting this organisation with the implementation of a new rostering system. You’ll develop the process design documentation for the new system and work closely with the stakeholders to understand the business process, and then design the future state. There will be an emphasis on process re-engineering, as well as award interpretation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring best practice use of this new system.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to possess the following skills/experience:

• Demonstrated experience working with HRIS, ERP or Rostering System implementations
• Strong process mapping skills
• Experience working across multiple platforms and technologies
• Proven ability to understand, design and document business processes
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or something similar
• Non-for-profit/community services experience is desired, but not essential
