Are you a Senior Project Manager with proven ability to deliver complex IT project management frameworks on time and to budget? Do you have demonstrated experience with managing and reporting project deliverables using a risk management approach?
 
Our Federal Government client requires the services of a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month project with a further 12-month extension.
The successful Senior Project Manager will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams within the teams for 2 departments to assist in a very large project of work.
 
Essential skills and experience

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with successfully managing and implementing large IT business solutions for major government programs.
• Proven ability to deliver complex IT project management frameworks on time and to budget.
• Demonstrated experience using both PRINCE2 and SAFE project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with managing and reporting project deliverables using a risk management approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills including internal / external and across government agencies.
• Demonstrated time management skills, working to tight timeframes to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing a framework to extend and mature project management capabilities and practices.
