Our client is currently seeking to engage two Senior Windows Server Administrators to support the ongoing requirements of their server platforms.

 

In this role, you will:

• administer and support Microsoft Windows Server based enterprise environments (2008, 2012 etc.) across geographically dispersed locations
• provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support of Windows Server environments including active directory, group policy, account management, DNS, DFS etc

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated expertise and extensive Wintel experience (5+ years) in administering and supporting Microsoft Windows Server
• High-level experience in 2nd and 3rd level technical support of Windows Server environments including active directory, group policy, account management, DNS, DFS etc

Highly desirable skills:

• PowerShell scripting skills with a focus on automating Windows Server administration tasks 
• Experience in the administration of enterprise mobile device management (MDM) systems like MobileIron, Good or Blackberry.
• Experience administering virtualized server infrastructure like VMWare and\or Nutanix.

Desirable skills:

• Administration and support experience across all Microsoft enterprise products (e.g. SQL Server, SharePoint, Exchange, CRM).
• Experience in the design of highly available solutions in high security environments
• Experience with security related software and functions in the Windows server environment like AppLocker, multifactor authentication, security software suites (like Trend Micro) etc.
• Experience administering public key infrastructure (PKI) in a Windows Server enterprise environment.
• Administration and support experience across Citrix products.
• Experience administering, maintaining and supporting cloud services and infrastructure like Microsoft Azure, AWS etc.
