Our Client
Our client is a dynamic and innovative financial services leader based in the Melbourne CBD. They are seeking a talented Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in credit card transaction authorisation and settlement.
The Role
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for end to end business analysis activities including but not limited to gathering and documenting business requirements, process analysis, gap analysis and creating UAT test scripts. Also you must have a strong understanding of scheme mandates.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in the following;
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Financial or banking industry experience highly regarded
- Extensive knowledge of credit card scheme mandates
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
