We are seeking the expertise of a Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivery excellence, to work with our clients within CRM consulting area with specialist knowledge of Docure & Edure. We are a hard working, collegiate team who exhibit high professional standards.
Required:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related modules
Implement CRM driven activities across multiple locations & stakeholders
Opportunity to gain a highly autonomous role in an established consulting business with challenging but achievable objectives

Strong project & team management skills
Self motivated individual who can set & meet targeted deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM features & functionalities
Expertise in Edure & Docure
Strong Business Analytical Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive services to the client in stakeholder meetings and within terms of contractual agreements
Train new users & up-skill existing users in Edure & Docure
Liaise with CRM technical staff to manage technical issues and enhancements
