Single Cell is a young, Sydney based, agile SaaS product and consulting company. We are currently going through a period of high-growth and are seeking a full-time SaaS Implementation Consultant to join the team.  

Reporting to our Executive Director, this is an opportunity to work with A-List enterprise clients across Australia and New Zealand. Take your proven experience in systems implementations and project management within large organisations and extensive business analysis experience to contribute to our professional services and SaaS implementations projects.

We are looking for a self-starter to play a pivotal role in building our trusted brand and creating real value across all our client engagements. As part of our dynamic team of customer success professionals, you will deliver on and enhance our professional services projects, as well as enabling customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Take responsibility for the management and delivery of Single Cell professional services projects, including SaaS implementations, integrations, analytics and change management. 

• Collaborate with the professional services team and cross-functionally to achieve successful delivery of customer outcomes. 

• Own customer stakeholder management and communication.

• Assist in strategic account management.

What you'll bring

• Experience with end-to-end SaaS system implementations/rollouts at large organisations with many stakeholders

• 5+ years consulting experience, including working with configurable enterprise software

• Experience in, and understanding of, business transformation / change management

• Strong understanding of how to analyse customer information in identifying service growth opportunities

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, stakeholder and project management and time management skills

• A natural ability to build trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
