The technical lead will take responsibility/ownership of (or lead) the delivery of the end-to-end technical solution.

The technical lead will work with the key delivery sub-teams within the Delivery team, including the Business Analysts Testing team, vendor technical teams, Organizational Change Mgmt to manage the overall technical delivery to the Project and/or Program manager.

The primary purpose of the Technical Lead is to work with the various technical teams across a complex Project including across multiple vendors to deliver the sub-components of the solution as a cohesive solution within the overall Project or Program of work.

Responsibilities: 

• Work with All technical teams to ensure a cohesive solution that can be delivered to meet the Business needs
• The technical lead will identify and manage key technical dependencies between delivery sub-teams to ensure a coordinated delivery
• Service support design and handover to Business As Usual (BAU) support
• Work with technical teams to define the technical direction for the project and manage the delivery of the technical solution
• Work with the project manager, peers and stakeholders to elaborate end-to-end organisational solution concepts, scope, design and roadmaps
• Map the overall technical delivery to the Program / Project schedule and organisational constraints
• Resolve complex development problems
• Review unit test plans, tests, and code coverage to ensure high quality delivery.
• Meet business requirements with fit-for-purpose technology.
