Harbour IT is the IT Service Desk, Infrastructure Solutions, Professional IT Services and Cloud Computing division of Canon Australia.
We are looking for an Exchange and Active Directory Engineer to work within our Infrastructure Support team that manages over 50 customers infrastructure environments. This role will challenge you daily and allow you to manage a wide range of different environments with all types of new and old technologies. You should be passionate about technology, love a challenge and enjoy working in a high paced team environment.
Please note: This is a 'Support-focused' role in our Infrastructure Support team. This role supports our client's infrastructure needs ensuring maximum uptime via pro-active checks and quick resolution and fulfilment of incident and service request tickets.

REQUIRED SKILLS MUST INCLUDE:
- Level 3 specialist skills in Microsoft AD, Exchange (2013/2016), Office 365, ADFS and Core Domain Services, Group Policies, DNS & DHCP.
- Specialist skills in Server infrastructure (Windows Server 2012/2016)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, plus an ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent customer facing skills, good time management and prioritization skills
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Microsoft Azure Management
- VMWARE, Citrix, server and desktop virtualisation, server consolidation technologies
- Storage, backup and DR solutions, NAS, SAN, (EMC, NetApp, HP, IBM etc.)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years working with server infrastructure including 1+ year as highest escalation point, preferably in a managed services support-focused environment
- 3+ years implementing/configuring and managing Microsoft Active Directory (Windows Server 2012/2016)
- 3+ years configuring and managing Exchange (2013/2016) and/or Exchange Online
- Valid MCSA or MCSE in Microsoft technologies
