Our client is an extremely well regarded, ethno specific, non profit organisation that delivers holistic, person centred residential, community and disability services across Melbourne. Leading a team of four and reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational leadership in the delivery of the information and communication technology systems that support the organisation and facilitate growth. In addition, you will provide strategic technology advice to the organisations Executive Management Team on Best Practice and new technologies.
The successful candidate will be a proven ICT Manager with tertiary or accredited certification qualifications and outstanding interpersonal and time management skills. In addition you will have an understanding of ITIL help desk management principles and proven change management experience. Naturally the desire to work in a progressive, dynamic environment and a commitment to the delivery of a best practice client experience are also essential.
