PM-Partners are currently seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to join the team for a 3 month contract. Your role will be to:
- Review the effectiveness of Program/Project boards,
- Heath check and critical reviews of governance/planning /estimating
- Lead quality assurance and Stage gate reviews to identify potential issues
To be successful in this role, you will have strengths and experience in the following:
- Extensive experience as a PMO Resource working on large and complex Programs of work
- Experience in establishment and application of Program Management Office standards, controls and processes
- Experience in working with Program and Project managers to produce relevant and meaningful multilevel reporting across a range of projects and programs
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to multitask and deal with conflicting priorities
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
